Aircraft Placards & Safety Labels

Interior placards are produced on Gerber LexEdge™ FR65, compliant with EASA CS 25.853(a) and UL94V-0. Exterior placards are produced on high-performance 3M vinyl — resistant to UV, fuel, and weather. Every delivery includes a Certificate of Conformance with full material traceability. No AMM access needed on your end.

Who I am...
Hi, I’m Rens Jacobs — a graphic professional from Eindhoven with over ten years of hands-on experience in technical markings and decal installation.
I produce interior and exterior placards and technical markings on a Gerber Edge FX thermal transfer printer. For interior use I work with Gerber LexEdge™ FR65, a certified fire-resistant material compliant with EASA CS 25.853(a).
For exterior applications I use high-performance 3M vinyl that resists UV, fuel exposure, and severe weather conditions.
I’ve worked on everything from business jets to the Airbus A380. Send me a photo and the dimensions — I’ll replicate the placard exactly, with a Certificate of Conformance included.
Installation is carried out by your Part 145 organisation. On the ground, I also handle vehicle lettering, fleet graphics, and shop branding.
