01 — Placards & safety labels

Aircraft placards, replicated exactly

Worn, missing or unreadable placard? Send a photo and the dimensions, and it will be reproduced exactly — no AMM access needed on your side.

Interior placards are produced on Gerber LexEdge™ FR65, a fire-resistant material compliant with EASA CS 25.853(a) and UL94V-0. Exterior placards are cut from high-performance 3M vinyl that withstands UV, fuel and weather.

02 — Technical markings

Identification that stays legible in service

Cable labels, panel markings, spray masks, stencils and data plates — produced on a Gerber Edge FX thermal transfer printer for sharp, durable results.

Thermal transfer ink is fused into the material rather than printed on top of it, so markings resist abrasion, fluids and temperature swings. Suitable for interior aircraft use and delivered with a Certificate of Conformance including full material traceability.
